Except for the email, WEPIXEL does not require users to provide or retain personal information of any kind, nor does it verify the accuracy of the provided data. Likewise, WEPIXEL does not generate, validate, or provide tax documents or fiscal information of any kind; each user is solely responsible for complying with their own legal and tax obligations. Clause 4. Users can review, correct, and update their registration data at any time through account management, and changes are updated across the entire WEPIXEL network. As a responsible company, we do not share, sell, or trade personal data with third parties. When an account is deleted, all associated information is permanently erased. We never send marketing emails or spam, nor request personal data or passwords through any channel. Contact via email is limited to account-related matters and occurs only when requested by the user.WEPIXEL establishes these Terms and Conditions to guide the use of its technology and the services made available through the platform. This document defines the rights, duties, and responsibilities of all users — whether partner stores or consumers — ensuring clarity in relationships, limits of action, and rules of operation.Clause 1. WEPIXEL provides responsive application technology (PWA) for stores, which, upon registration and payment, receive a license to use the service, without guarantees of uninterrupted service. Consumers acknowledge and release the store from any losses, damages, or inconvenience caused by technical failures, interruptions, or system instability. Likewise, stores acknowledge and release WEPIXEL from any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from service unavailability, whether temporary, occasional, or permanent. Clause 2. Consumers acknowledge that stores do not have access or permission to deactivate or delete individual consumer wallets, nor to modify balances unilaterally or in bad faith. Conversely, store owners have the right to discontinue or delete their store app at any time, even without prior notice. However, this right does not create an obligation to settle or pay out any remaining balances in consumer wallets. Clause 3. For store owners, the use of the technology provided by WEPIXEL is granted through a one-time license, with payment made at the time of acquisition. Use by their customers is free of charge. In both cases, there are no recurring maintenance fees, subscriptions, or mandatory updates. If WEPIXEL decides to release additional features, they may be offered separately for stores and consumers through specific purchase. Under applicable law, any purchase made through WEPIXEL is subject to a full refund policy within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of acquisition. After this period, no refund — full or partial — will be granted. Clause 4. The use of the technology provided by WEPIXEL must be conducted solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable law. The platform may not be used for activities that violate third-party rights, breach legal norms, or compromise the technical integrity of the system. WEPIXEL reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or ban any user who misuses the platform, temporarily or permanently, without entitlement to refund or compensation of any kind.WEPIXEL reserves the right to modify or update your The Fine Print at any time, without prior notice. Your acceptance of this document will be valid for 30 days from the date of acceptance, or while the cookie stored on your device remains active.
